What are Mac and Cheese Bites?
Mac and cheese bites work because they offer familiar comfort food with an exciting presentation. The crunchy panko exterior paired with the creamy, cheesy center creates a compelling texture that makes them irresistible.
These mac and cheese bites are delicious on their own, but the tangy Greek yogurt dipping sauce makes them even better. To make the sauce, combine Greek yogurt with fresh chives, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. The cool, tangy flavors perfectly balance the warm, rich bites.

For a great presentation, arrange the bites on a wooden board with the sauce in the center, garnished with fresh herbs. Serve immediately while they’re warm and crispy.
